- 240ml Heavy Cream
- 170g Milk Chocolate
- 170g Dark Chocolate
- 60ml Gin
- 55g Butter
For the Candied Oranges
- 2 x Jaffa Juicy Oranges (Sliced)
- 250ml of Water
- 250g of Caster Sugar
