You will need
For the crust:
- 1 x Jaffa Orange (Zest)
- 1 x TBSP Honey
- 200g Biscuits (such as digestives)
- 100g Butter
For the ganache:
- 1 x Jaffa Orange (juiced)
- 170g Milk chocolate
- 170g Dark Chocolate
- 55g Butter
- 240ml heavy Cream
- 60 ml gin
For the Candied Oranges:
- 2 x Jaffa Oranges (Sliced)
- 1 x Cup of Water
- 1 ½ cup Caster Sugar
